Mission

Manage and monitor all the post order activities (expediting, inspection and logistics) for the assigned project/s, to ensure the achievement of the defined results in terms of schedule, quality and budget.

The Post Order Manager directly reports to the responsible of the Post Order Management and to the Project Procurement Manager, once assigned to a Project.

Main activities and responsibilities

• Responsible for the integrated management of the post order-related activities (i.e. expediting, inspection and logistics) for the assigned project/projects, ensuring the compliance with contractual requirements in terms of time, costs and quality, following Project Procurement Manager instructions;

• Responsible for planning and monitoring post order activities on the project, in close coordination with the Project Procurement Manager;

• Operates in strict coordination with Supply Market Management, the relevant Discipline Leaders, the Project Engineering Manager, the Project Control Manager, the Project Contract Manager and the Site Manager assuring uniformity with the other parts of the project, in compliance with contractual requirements in terms of costs, time and quality of the supplies, following Project Procurement Manager instruction.

Requirements

• • Applicants must have at least 15 years of experience working in the ME oil and gas industry.

• Should be a Master's/bachelor's holder in a relevant field.

• Additional certification in the area is an added advantage.
