Job summary/Role description (Duties and responsibilities)
- Monitor supplier invoice align the documentation as per the purchase order terms and conditions then update invoices in SAP.
- Coordinate with vendor for invoices related documentation.
- Follow up with project control and procurement department for vendor invoices documentation.
- Reconcile vendor invoices SAP vs statement of account.
- Monitor vendor bank guarantee, expiry and follow up.
- Scanning and filing invoice in SAP.
- Prepare outstanding reports.
- Other related AFC works.
