Duties and responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Corporate Compliance function to ensure overall functioning privacy issues on ICT systems.
- Update the ICT documentation system to ensure compliance is maintained to the legal requirements required, in coordination with Group System Quality.
- Monitor the application of the ICT document system in the Group companies.
- Act as first ICT contact in the case of internal and external audits by carrying out checks estimates between described processes and operational processes, potentially anticipating anomalies detectable by the audits conducted.
- Participate in internal and external audits as needed, including with third-party vendors to external regulatory.
- Develop and update the Cybersecurity strategy in compliance with the regulatory framework adopted by the Group.
- Support working groups that implement new systems and applications in definition and adoption of solutions in compliance with Cybersecurity.
- Supervise the correct implementation of security guidelines on all application systems infrastructural.
- Adopt and maintain cybersecurity component competency frameworks for systems industrial automation.
- Verify compliance with IT procedures with specific reference to the ITIL Best Practices Framework.
- Manage operational activities within the scope of maintenance of company application systems.

PERSON SPECIFICATION
Knowledge & Qualifications
- A degree in IT, Computer Science/Engineering, or similar field
Experience
- 10 years+ experience in ICT managerial role preferable in international organization.
- Experience in EPC oil & Gas and petrochemical is an advantageous.
Skills and Abilities
- Excellent IT and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail, excellent communications skills.
- Fluent English.
- Strong interpersonal, team-oriented skills, self-motivation, and direction, with strong bias toward timely performance and problem resolution.
