Job summary/Role description
|
|
Ensure the successful
implementation of engineering activities related to building and HVAC
systems, overseeing the design, coordination, and execution of projects.
|
|
|
|
|
Duties and responsibilities
|
Participate in design
activities for building and HVAC systems, focusing on critical components. Ensure effective coordination
with other disciplines, integrating elements from various functions into
design activities. Collaborate with
cross-functional teams to achieve seamless integration of building and HVAC
systems. Accept final reports from
Vendors, ensuring accuracy and reliability of technical information. Assist the Project Leader in
proposal and execution phases, preparing/revising material requisitions and
work requisitions. Participate in the
preparation and updating of standards, procedures, and work instructions
related to building and HVAC systems. Stay abreast of advancements
in building and HVAC systems.

Knowledge & Qualifications
|

Experience
|
10-15 years of experience in
a relevant discipline. Similar role covered in the
last three projects, must be of a comparable size. Experience working on the
Contractor side.

Skill in identifying and
resolving complex engineering challenges. Excellent analytical skills. Excellent communications and
interpersonal skills. Strong interpersonal and
team-oriented skills, self-motivation, and direction, with a strong bias
