Job summary/Role description
|
He/She is in charge of specific activities paramount to the
proper execution of the project. He/she might be dedicated full time or
part-time to the project according to the specific needs. The Specialist reports functionally to the Civil Project Leader
for the peculiarities of the project and hierarchically to the Group Leader
or Head of Department for man-hours assignment and the quality of the deliverables.

Duties and responsibilities
|
Guarantee the quality of the generated deliverables and their
compliance with the contractual and company standards, procedures and work
instructions. To attend to technical training as per department needs and
exchange experience with colleagues of the entire Tecnimont Group for new
Design techniques. Preparation of technical specifications and forms. Preparation of data sheets and request for quotation (R.F.Q.). Preparation of "material requisition (M.R.) and work
requisition (W.R.) for bid inquiry. technical bid evaluation and tabulation
of bidders. Verification of vendor's/subcontractor drawings and calculations. Preparation of responses to Technical Queries, Technical
Deviation Requests, etc.. Review of Material Approval Requests from
Vendor’s/Subcontractors. Technical supervision to vendor’s/subcontractor premises, as
required; preparation of mechanical manuals; assistance during
erection/construction works. Participation to
"kick-off" meetings, "design reviews" etc., with the
Client. Document filing.

Experience
|
No experience is required – Fresh Graduates. Excellent communication skills in English. Completed National Service (without
exception).

self-motivation and direction, with strong bias toward timely
performance and problem resolution.
