job summary/Role description

The Applicant responsible for the day-to-day function requested by the Head HR Department 

 

 

Duties and responsibilities

  • Manage hotel bookings for local & international.
  • Arrangement of short stay in local hotels for visitors.
  • Management of travel ticket requests for business trip and vacation leaves.
  • Organization of airport drop off/pick up for visitors and staff.
  • Management of office protocol– organization of internal meetings, preparation of minutes of meetings.
  • Coordination with translation agency for timely organization of documents translation.
  • Management and registration of incoming and outgoing letters.
  • Support of branch office supply and purchasing.
  • Accommodate guest/visitors.
  • May be assigned to do other work that is not stated above but necessary to the daily activities of co-worker/ colleague and Head of the Department.  

Person Specification.

  • The applicants shall be resident in Cairo.  

 

Knowledge & Qualifications

  • University degree in a relevant discipline: Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Knowledgeable to do the Hotel & Flight Booking (local & International)

Desirable

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office package

Experience

  • Significant experience in similar position: at least 3 years.

Skills and Abilities

  • Fluent English.
  • Excellent IT and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, team-oriented skills, self-motivation and direction, with strong bias toward timely performance and problem resolution.
  • Can work independently with minimal supervision.
