Job summary/Role description

He/She as a Human Resource Coordinator, primary responsibilities will include recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations within an organization.

 

 

Duties and responsibilities

  • Managing the recruitment process, conducting interviews, issuing employment contracts, and ensuring compliance with Saudization requirements.

  • Facilitating new employee onboarding, including orientation programs, training, and integration into the company culture.

  • Handling employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions in accordance with Saudi labor laws and company policies.

  • Managing employee benefits such as health insurance, leave entitlements, and others in compliance with local regulations and organization objectives.

  • Managing performance appraisal systems, goal-setting processes, and conducting performance reviews for employees.

  • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that align with Saudi labor laws and regulations.

  • Organizing employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives to boost morale and promote a positive work culture.

  • Developing, implementing, and enforcing HR policies and procedures that align with Saudi labor laws and organizational goals.

  • Coordinating training programs, workshops, and professional development opportunities for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Knowledge & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent

  • Knowledge of Saudi Labor Laws

Experience

  • Relevant experience in a Human Resource role for 5 years as minimum.

Skills and Abilities

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and manage various HR functions such as Recruitment, Visas, onboarding, benefits administration, Payroll and employee engagement initiatives.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English

  • Experience using Microsoft Windows office package and familiarity with HR software and tools for managing recruitment, payroll systems, and other HR-related applications.

  • Ability to handle employee relations issues, resolve conflicts, and maintain a positive working environment while adhering to cultural norms and practices in Saudi Arabia.

  • Familiarity with recruitment processes, interview techniques, and utilizing online recruitment platforms to attract and select qualified candidates.

  • Strong interpersonal, team-oriented skills, self-motivation, and direction, with strong bias toward timely performance and problem resolution.
