He/She as a Human Resource Specialist, primary responsibilities will
include attracting, selecting, and onboarding top
talent for organizations.
|

|
Duties and responsibilities
|
Managing the recruitment process, conducting interviews, issuing
employment contracts, and ensuring compliance with Saudization requirements
if applicable. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract
qualified candidates to meet the organization and project staffing needs. Utilize various channels such as job portals to source
candidates. Screen resumes, conduct initial assessments, and shortlist
qualified candidates.
Coordinate with Planning and Project team and conduct interviews
(in-person or virtual) with candidates to assess their skills,
qualifications, and fit for the organization. Collaborate with hiring managers to select the best candidates
for job offers. Prepare and negotiate employment offers in compliance with
Saudi labor laws and company policies. Ensure adherence to labor laws, Saudization requirements, and
regulations related to recruitment practices in Saudi Arabia. Assist in the smooth integration of new hires into the
organization by coordinating onboarding processes, conducting orientation
sessions, and facilitating communication with relevant stakeholders. Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost per hire,
and source effectiveness. Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities
and performance to assess effectiveness and make informed decisions. Build and maintain relationships with universities, recruitment agencies and other talent sources to create a pipeline of potential
candidates for current and future recruitment needs. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and changes in
recruitment technologies to continuously improve recruitment processes and
enhance the quality of hires.

Strong interpersonal, team-oriented
skills, self-motivation, and direction, with strong bias toward timely
performance and problem resolution. Understanding of labor laws, Saudization
requirements, and regulations related to recruitment practices in Saudi
Arabia is crucial to ensure compliance in all recruitment activities. Proficiency in sourcing strategies,
candidate screening techniques, interviewing skills, and selection processes
to attract and recruit top talent for the organization. Strong verbal and written communication
skills in both Arabic and English to effectively interact with candidates,
hiring managers, and stakeholders across different levels. Ability to review resumes, assess
candidate qualifications, and manage recruitment documentation with accuracy
and attention to detail. Capacity to identify recruitment
challenges, think critically, and propose effective solutions to ensure a
smooth recruitment process. Strong relationship-building skills to
foster positive relationships with candidates, external recruitment partners,
and internal stakeholders such as hiring managers and HR colleagues. Effective time management skills to
prioritize tasks, manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously, and
meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience using Microsoft Windows office and familiarity with applicant tracking
systems, recruitment software, and online platforms to streamline recruitment
processes, track candidate data, and analyze recruitment metrics.
