Job Description

Your responsibilities will include the creation of the reporting, analytics and the maintenance company’s current HR systems.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Monitor the daily operations on the company’s HR digital System.


  • Oversee the daily operations of the HR team.


  • Generate regular, thorough ad-hoc reports on the activities of the Department and through the System data.


  • Handle the employment and organization of the workforce; develop and monitor performance metrics; handle the professional development systems.


  • Process employees' data, such as leaves, wages, and working hours.


  • Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of data.

 

 

Knowledge & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

 

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in international people management, preferably in a global organization

 

  • Strong knowledge of international HR practices, laws, and regulations

 

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

 

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment

 

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

 

  • Proficiency in relevant HR software and MS office tools
