Job Description
|
Within the frame of the executive projects,
you will supervise and manage Expatriates and personnel hired locally and
assure both compliance with local law and respecting standards and policies
requested by the Group.
|
Duties and responsibilities
|
Monitor all aspects of HR reports & metrics,
for assigned management team, ensuring that application of local labor terms
& conditions are equitable and legally compliant. Plan workforce, ensuring vacancies are dealt with
in timely manner through re-assigning existing employees and/or recruitment
of key positions. Support Milan HQ in managing Expatriates hired
locally for the project and assure full compliance with local law. Manage personnel hired locally in full compliance
with local law. Drive local payroll implementation including
timesheet and expense report issues. Negotiate salary conditions and employment contract
with candidates. Initiate new hire paperwork process for prospective
employees, and initiate all necessary legal entity and/or client immigration
documentation which meets both company and country requirements. Assist employee upon his HR queries during his
service life in the company. Provide advice and support on Compensation &
Benefit questions & policy applications, such as incentives, annual merit
review, internal salary equity analysis, etc. Management of all labor law implications and new
changes that might occur during the life of the project. Management of external providers.

Knowledge & Qualifications
|
Education: bachelor/master’s degree in economics or Humanities. A
post-graduate master in HR matters will be considered as a strong plus. 3-5 years’ experience in the HR field, preferably in a multi-national
environment in staffing position. Strong generalist HR knowledge. Experience in working successfully in a multinational organization. Cross cultural awareness. Availability to be relocated abroad. Ability to adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment. Develop troubleshooting, problem solving, and creative/innovative thought
processing skills. Excellent communication and management skills, possess a high level of
organizational ability. Fluent English spoken and written.
