Job summary /Role description

The QAA checks and guarantees that certificates are prepared and duly collected; moreover, he promotes any necessary action to ensure that the final dossier is ready and completed as per contract requirements.

 

 

Duties and responsibilities

  • Monitor the correct drafting of certification documents and check that they are duly issued and filed;

  • Co-ordinate the treatment of both supplies and construction non-conformities and supervising their resolution;

  • Identify any lack or incongruence in the certification of works and supplies, arranging any corrective action with the Supervisors and Material Controller;

  • Prepare and update Site Quality Indices;

  • Co-ordinate the preparation of the certification dossier according to the established Quality criteria.

Person Specification

Knowledge & Qualifications

  • University Degree or a Diploma in a relevant discipline or equivalent.

Experience

  • Experience in Photovoltaic Plants ,knowledge in data base, reporting, quality control in excel sheet (advance level)

  • residence in Los Angeles city (desirable)

  • intermediated level of English (desirable)

Skills and Abilities

  • Native Spanish speaker;

  • Excellent IT and analytical skills;

  • Attention to detail;

  • Excellent communications skills, team-oriented and interpersonal skills;

  • Self-motivation and direction, with strong bias toward timely performance and problem resolution.
