Job summary/Role description
|
Perform the assigned
activities related to the internal and external communication for all the
Projects in UAE and other GCC countries carried out by the Group companies. Perform the Group's brand
development and corporate communication activities in the UAE and other GCC
countries through the appropriate channels and tools, following Group
Marketing & Communication guidelines, to ensure their coherence and
improve the positioning and brand awareness of the Group.

Duties and responsibilities
|
Following the guidelines
provided by the Responsible, the Marketing & Communication Specialist has
the following main responsibilities in UAE and GCC countries.
Project related activities:
Drafting and coordinating the
flow of Project Content for the Global Editorial Plan, also but not limited
to liaising with other Functions to identify the topics of greatest interest
to be communicated and liaising with Clients and Partners for joint communication
activities. Participate in the
preparation of the internal and external communication content, both online
and offline, relevant to the Projects, and in maintaining the related
consistency for the Group Companies. Coordinate external suppliers
to produce photo/video/graphic content and for community management relevant
to the area. Ensure real-time
communication of internal and external events by creating the materials and
coordinating third parties, where necessary, in support of the Group
Communication Function.
BRAND related activities:
Perform the assigned brand
development activities for the area, for example but not limited to the
declination of the Brand for the Project and the different group Companies in
the relevant office and Project Sites. Support
the planning and execution of corporate & local brand marketing &
communication campaigns . Support the planning and
execution of events in the area. Perform the assigned
activities aimed at keeping consistency of the contents conveyed in the
corporate communication touchpoints with the Group design system.
Prepare and/or update the
relevant internal reporting as requested by the Responsible. Support the Responsible in
managing the administrative activities of the Function, such as but not
limited to, the filing of RDA, SES and GR. Support the Responsible in managing the
relationships with suppliers.

Knowledge & Qualifications
|
|
Experience
|
A minimum of 10 – 15 years of
experience in marketing, communications, or related fields. Prior experience specifically
within the oil and gas industry is highly desirable. Proven track record of successful marketing and
communication strategies within a corporate environment.

Skills and Abilities
|
Attention to detail,
management skills. Team-oriented
skills, self-motivation and direction, with strong bias toward
timely performance and problem resolution Strong understanding of
construction processes, building codes, and industry standards. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and
problem-solving skills.
