Job summary/Role description

  • Manages day-to-day operations of a variety of office services to ensure that the Employer administrative needs are met efficiently, reliably and economically.

  • Activities may include, maintenance services, facilities management.

  • Prepare information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentation, reports.

  • Support of Branch office Supply and purchasing.

  • Management of Office Protocol – organization of internal meetings, preparation of MOM if needed.

  • Management of Plantation Services.

  • Management of Catering service for Office (Canteen).

  • Creation and registration of LPR.

  • Creation of SES/GR/PR in SAP Logon system.

  • Management of travel ticket requests for business trip and vacation leaves (back-up).

 

 

Person Specification

Knowledge & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Experience

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience related fields.

  • Prior experience specifically within the oil and gas industry is highly desirable.

  • Creation and registration of LPR.

  • Creation of SES/GR/PR in SAP Logon system.

Skills and Abilities

  • Attention to detail, management skills.

  • Team-oriented skills, self-motivation and direction, with strong bias toward timely performance and problem resolution

  • Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and industry standards.
