Duties and Responsibilities
|
|
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI
dashboards and reports for EPC project.
- Perform data extraction, transformation, and
loading processes.
- Develop & implement web-based dashboard
tool to extract data from construction sites & aggregate summary
report for management.
- Co-ordination to compile engineering,
procurement and construction data.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand
their data needs.
- Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data
presented in the dashboards.
- Train end-users on how to use the dashboards
and reports effectively.
- Link power Bi tool to Primavera P6 schedules to
get planned progress data.
- Compilation and aggregation of actual progress from
C3 progress measurement system (PMS)
- Compare planned data with actual progress
representing progress S curves, manpower histograms and commodity curves
in power Bi live dashboard.
- Scheduling, monitoring & reporting of EPC
projects to produce daily, weekly & monthly reports of progress,
quantities, manpower, manhours.

Knowledge &
Qualifications
|
- University Degree or Diploma in relevant field
|
|
Experience
|
- Oil & Gas EPC planning experience
of 5 to 10 years.
|
|
Skills and Abilities
|
- Expertise in developing & implementing
Power Bi dashboards.
- Good knowledge of Primavera P6 scheduling software
to link with Power Bi
|
|
