Job summary/Role description

Logistic Temporary Facilities (ALC) is responsible for ensuring that all site facilities and operations are maintained to the highest standards, supporting the seamless progress of our projects.

 

 

Duties and responsibilities

Responsible for the following daily activities:

 

  • Maintenance and inspection of internal site streets.

  • Inspection of small electrical cabins.

  • Monitoring street and field lights and the illumination system.

  • Checking the status of the WC and locker rooms for around 1,000 people.

  • Inspecting the status of internal and external parking areas (approximately 250 spaces).

  • Verifying and inspecting laydown areas (approximately 50,000 m² divided into six main areas).

  • Overseeing the circulation of heavy material transport at the site entrance and on internal streets (approximately 20 trucks per day).

  • Inspecting the main and satellite offices for workplace conditions, furnishings, IT systems, and radios. Coordinating with suppliers for issue resolution or maintenance scheduling as necessary.

  • Supporting the coordination of visitor entry and exit.

  • Checking the sub-supplier TCF area.

  • Maintaining bicycles used on-site.

Special Requirements and Comments

  • The candidate should be energetic and adaptable, suited for the dynamic nature of the role.

  • Prior experience in an Oil & Gas facility or large industrial setting is preferred.

  • Strong communication and coordination skills are essential for interacting with various stakeholders on-site.

  • The role may require occasional extra work hours to meet project demands.

  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset is crucial for addressing unexpected issues promptly.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team is necessary.

 

 

Person Specification

Knowledge & Qualifications

  • University Degree or Diploma in relevant discipline or equivalent

Experience

  • Relevant experience in construction/modernization of Industrial sector/ EPC projects large petrochemical plants;

  • At least 5 years of experience in the specific discipline;

  • Similar role covered at least in last three projects of comparable size;

Skills and Abilities

  • Fluent English;

  • Excellent IT and analytical skills;

  • Excellent communications, team-oriented and interpersonal skills;

  • Attention to details;

  • Self-motivation and direction, with a strong bias toward timely performance and problem resolution.
