Job summary/Role description
|
He/She as the head of the Payroll Department would have a
leadership position with various responsibilities to ensure the efficient and
accurate processing of payroll for the organization. Overall, as the head of
the Payroll Department, this individual is responsible for overseeing all
aspects of payroll operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and
providing leadership to the team to deliver accurate and efficient payroll
services for the organization in Saudi Arabia.

Duties and responsibilities
|
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Payroll Department
and managing a team of payroll professionals. Providing leadership, guidance, and support to the payroll team,
ensuring they are properly trained and motivated to perform their duties
effectively. Ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for all
employees, including calculating wages, taxes, benefits, and other deductions
in compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulations. Reviewing and approving payroll data and reports prepared by the
payroll team to ensure accuracy before finalizing payments. Ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for all

Experience

Skills and Abilities
|
Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and manage various HR
functions such as , Payroll, benefits administration, and employee engagement
initiatives. Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic
and English. Experience using Microsoft Windows office package,
Proficiency working in excel and familiarity
with payroll toll (preferred ADP) for managing payroll systems, and other
HR-related applications. Ability to handle employee relations issues, resolve conflicts,
and maintain a positive working environment while adhering to cultural norms
and practices in Saudi Arabia. Strong interpersonal, team-oriented skills,
self-motivation, and direction, with strong bias toward timely performance
and problem resolution.
