Job summary/Role
description
|
|
HSE Coordinator (HST) assists the HSE
Engineer, monitoring that all site activities are performed according to HSE
regulations, standards, and procedures.
|
|
|
|
|
Duties and
responsibilities
|
- To check and assure
that Subcontractors perform their activities in accordance with the
current HSE procedures and regulations, promoting all necessary action
to ensure that the said procedures and regulations are observed.
- To cooperate with the
HSE Engineer concerning the proper implementation of any necessary
work permit requirement.
- To ensure the proper
registration of any accident, near misses’ case and assist the HSE
- To conduct the day-by-day
safety inspection at site and to identify the areas of hazard to be
rectified.
- To keep updated the
HSE Statistics.
- To actively
participate in the organization and coordination of the site emergency
response team.
- Reviewing of
equipment and vehicle documentation.
- Inspection of vehicle
and equipment.
- Preventing any
unwanted equipment access to AMIRAL Complex under project.
- Coordinating with HSE
team for vehicle access/equipment.
- Managing Equipment
and vehicle gate passes for contractor and subcontractors.
- Preparation and
deliver of Road Closure Notification.
- Reviewing Journey
plan (heavy equipment movement).

Knowledge &
Qualifications
|
- Suitable
University Degree..
|
|
Experience
|
- Significant
experience in construction of Large/XL Gas processing plants
- At least 3 years of
experience in the specific discipline
- Similar role covered
at least in last two projects of comparable size.
|
|
Skills and Abilities
|
- Native Arab speaker.
- Fluent English.
- Excellent IT and
analytical skills.
- Attention to detail,
excellent communications skills.
- Strong
interpersonal, team-oriented skills, self-motivation, and direction,
with strong bias toward timely performance and problem resolution.

Special Requirements
and Comments
|
- Only
local candidates-KSA (preferably from Eastern Region) with significant
experience, consistent with the relevant field, will be considered for
