Job summary/Role description

 Training Activity Coordinator’s mission is to organize the training for Client personnel as required by the contract.

Duties and responsibilities

•    Review and define a training plan
• Review supply specifications in order to include vendors trainings (at workshop and/or at site) in the scope of supply 

• Prepare the training schedule

• Prepare training manuals based on Vendor documents and internal TCM procedures & documents

• Manage the vendor trainer arrival at site where applicable.

• Organize the classroom training as per scheduled plan

• Organize the on-the-job training

• Finalization of the training assessment
  

• Collect feedback and keep the records of all the activity performed.

Special Requirements and Comments

• Attention to detail, management skills.
• Applicants should be resident in Nigeria.
