Job summary/Role description

He/she is fully responsible for the planning, execution and monitoring of the maintenance activities pertaining to the relevant discipline.

Duties and responsibilities

• Handover the documentation prepared relevant to all painting and Insulation technical disciplines, in accordance with the Project contractual requirements, the budget assigned and the schedule.

• Prepare and discuss with the Project Team the execution strategy of the project (including the project schedule) and assure its application throughout the entire project life.

• Guarantee the coordination with the other Project Leaders on the projects

• Interact with Client representatives and Vendors for all the technical topics impacting on the project both in time and costs.

• Plan, execute and monitor the Maintenance activities pertaining to Painting and Insulation, managing any subcontractor involved.

Special Requirements and Comments

• Attention to detail, management skills.
