UAE, Hail & Gasha Project Office (Site) (30 Mins away from Abu Dhabi City)

Hours/rotation:

Rotation of 60 days on site and 10 days off (2 days travelling)

Salary range:

Duties and responsibilities

• Worker Welfare and Counseling:

  • Provide emotional support and counseling to workers, addressing their concerns and promoting mental well-being.

  • Foster a positive working environment by actively engaging with workers and addressing any issues promptly.

• Project Culture:

  • Promote a collaborative, respectful, and inclusive project culture.

  • Encourage teamwork and mutual understanding among workers from diverse backgrounds.

• Internal Events:

  • Organize team-building activities, workshops, and events to enhance morale and togetherness.

• Camp Welfare:

  • Oversee camp facilities, amenities, and living conditions to ensure worker comfort.

• Internal Communication Tools:

  • Create and manage an internal newsletter to share updates, achievements, and important information.

  • Develop contents for an intranet platform for seamless communication within the project team.

Knowledge & Qualifications

• A university degree Degree in Psychology is a Must.

Experience

• Relevant experience in managing mental illness stemming from work stress. Capable to adept at conducting risk assessments, proposing remedial actions, and developing well-being programs.
• At least 5 years of experience in the specific discipline.
• Strong communication skills (English proficiency required).
• Capable of performing related audits and random checks to individuate symptoms, such as a drop in work performance, depression, anxiety, and sleeping difficulties.
• Relative Fit should be able to propose programs and activities, including face—to—face interaction with potentially mentally stressed personnel and dealing with specialistic support centers.
