Develop and implement the procurement

Maintain comprehensive records of all
quality control activities, including inspection reports, test results, and
non-conformance reports.
Prepare and submit quality reports to the
project management team and client as required.
Ensure that all quality documentation is
properly controlled and stored.
Identify, document, and manage
non-conformances in procured materials and equipment.
Coordinate with vendors and project teams
to implement corrective actions and prevent recurrence.
Monitor the effectiveness of corrective
actions and report on their status.
Continuously monitor and evaluate the
performance of suppliers against agreed quality standards.
Provide feedback to suppliers on their
performance and suggest areas for improvement.
Work with suppliers to develop and
implement quality improvement plans.
Liaise with project teams, procurement
personnel, and suppliers to ensure clear communication of quality
requirements and expectations.
Participate in project meetings to
provide updates on procurement quality issues and progress.
Facilitate communication between the
project team and suppliers regarding quality control matters.
Train and mentor procurement and quality
control staff on procurement quality procedures and standards.
Stay updated with the latest quality
control practices and standards and disseminate this knowledge to the team.
Ensure compliance with project quality
standards and requirements, as well as relevant industry standards and
regulations.
Stay informed about changes in quality
standards and ensure that procurement processes are updated accordingly.
Identify potential quality risks in the
procurement process and recommend actions to mitigate them.
