Job Description/Role Summary

We have an opening for an ICT Coordinator at Ruwais region, it is located about 250 Km from Abu Dhabi city, the job will be full on site with rotation base (accommodations and transportation will be provided).

Duties and responsibilities

  • Manage and lead a Team of Engineers, to deliver all types of ICT support to the business,

  • Handle all Networks connectivity at site and Camp, all computers, laptops delivered to customers, managing printers.

  • Dealing with 3rd parties’ suppliers and government entities.

  • Be the point of contact toward our customer (ADNOC),

  • Manage the team and being the orchestrator of the activities.

  • Perform annual reviews for your team members, manage Team rotations.

  • Manage IT assets and be proactive in being on top of delivering those assets to our internal and external customers.

  • Participate in the training and career development plans of your Team.

  • And many other sporadic tasks that could raise up the road within the activities of the ICT operations.

Knowledge & Specification

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Telecommunications or equivalent, master’s degree is a plus

Skills and Abilities

 

  • Minimum 10 Years of ICT experience with 05 years leading a Team of Engineers

  • ITIL V3, PMP, Prince2 or any relevant certification is a plus but not a must.

  • Oil & Gas or site rotation work experience is a plus

  • Have a leader attitude, Team player, and customer facing experience.

  • Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus but not a must.
