Material Receiving Inspectors: Material receiving inspectors shall be assigned from the specific disciplines to perform receiving inspection functions for their disciplines."

 

"Plant and Equipment: Inspector shall be certified to API 653 for tank, and API 510 for pressure vessel and demonstrate working knowledge of codes, as required by the scope of the CONTRACT, such as ASME Sec I, V, VIII and IX, ANSI B31.3/4/8 and API 620/650 and AWS D1.1, required for the execution of the inspection work.  As a minimum, Inspector shall have experience with: 

a)      installation of equipment such as, Pumps, Motors, Skids, Valves, Vessels, Compressors, Fired Heaters, Auxiliary Equipment, Packaged Equipment in plant construction, etc.

b)      piping systems and pipeline including bellows and supports.

c)      flange assembly and gaskets.

d)      hot tap procedure.

e)      vessels, tanks and spheres construction.

f)       structural steel erection; and

g)      hot/cold Insulation. "

 

 Knowledge & Qualifications

  • Relevant education or certificate demonstrating skills to perform as a Materials Receiving Inspector. (Plant & Equipment).

Experience

  • Relevant experience in construction/modernization of oil & gas /industrial sector/ EPC projects large refinery plants.
  • At least 10 years of experience in the specific discipline.
  • Experience working on Main Contractor side.
  • Previous approval from KSA clients will be considered an advantage for further evaluation.
