Job summary/Role description

  • Collaborate and assist the AWP Manager to implement the AWP methodology and deliverables on the assigned projects.

 

 

Duties and responsibilities

  • Participate during the definition of the project AWP plan, together with the AWP Manager and participate to the related implementation, as requested by the AWP Manager.
  • Participate in the development of path of construction and construction schedule, following up the relevant action list.
  • Prepare project documentation related to AWP, gathering information from the other relevant technical disciplines, for further finalization with the AWP Manager.
  • Set up the tools managing AWP within the assigned project/s.
  • Prepare the information flow on EWP and PWP for the related application on the site.
  • Assist AWP Manager in monitoring the AWP implementation within AWP project plan.
  • Supports AWP Manager for Advanced Work Packaging practices and

procedures, for the continuous improvement of the methodology.

 

When relocated at Site, the AWP Leader shall:

 

  • Participate to the implementation of AWP Methodology, under the coordination of the AWP Manager, Site Manager and Construction Manager.
  • Guarantee the actual data flow (IWP produced by subcontractor) is reported to project control.

Person Specification

Knowledge & Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience

  • Minimum of 15 years work experience.
  • Significant experience in a similar position on EPC Oil & Gas projects/ Refinery.

  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.

  • Attention to detail, management skills.

  • Team-oriented skills, self-motivation and direction, with strong bias toward timely performance and problem resolution.
