Job
summary/Role description
|
The Test Pack Coordinator
is the focal point of all Projects’ piping test package site activities
coordinating execution priorities, test circuits’ identification, test
package folders’ preparation, walkthroughs, punch list clearance, quality
documentation readiness, test execution and reinstatements.
|

|
Duties and responsibilities
|
To
interface with engineering department to receive system subdivision on
P&Ids and share it with the mechanical Subcontractor(s) To
consolidate priorities involving Field Engineering, Site project Control,
Construction and Commissioning site teams concerning the site testing
activities. To
interface with the mechanical Subcontractor(s) to receive the test circuits
limits, the test packages and the blind list to be verified and approved by
site team. To
lead the test pack process flow giving priority to the walk throughs, punch
list and NDTs clearance and test execution based both on actual line progress
and PCC system priorities. To
update the Data Base for the test pack progress monitoring. To
assess productivities and progress of the various steps of the test pack
workflow, identify bottle necks and take the necessary mitigation measures to
sort them out. To
liase with the construction supervision for punching and punch clearance. To
liase with the QC team for NDTs and quality forms clearance. To
liaise with Subcontractor(s) and the internal construction supervision team
for the mechanical preparation for the test execution. To
liaise with QC team for the RFIs relevant to the various steps as per the
applicable Quality Control Plan. To
liaise with the Notified Body whenever required, if applicable. To
liaise with HSE team for the test execution and the relevant required
barricading. To
liaise with HSE team and Owner in case of pneumatic test to evaluate the safe
area, to set up the barricading and issue a dedicated site bulletin. To
liaise with Project Commissioning team for cleaning circuits handover and
final reinstatement activities. To
trigger the handover for painting touch ups and heat tracing installation. To
trigger the handover for insulation installation To
ensure proper reporting and to lead progress review meeting with involved
site function

Person Specification
|
Knowledge
& Qualifications
|
|
Experience
|
Significant experience in
the industrial construction of large or XL gas plants. Covered a similar role in
at least 2-3 projects of comparable size. A minimum of 10-15 years of
relevant experience.

|
Excellent communications
and interpersonal skills Attention to detail,
management skills. Team-oriented skills,
self-motivation, and direction, with strong bias toward timely performance
and problem resolution.
