Job summary/Role description
|
- Construction Mechanical Superintendent is appointed for major
projects.
- He reports to the Construction Manager and will take
responsibility for the coordination of all Mechanical Construction
activities through the Construction Mechanical Superintendents (MEP,
MAP, PIP, EQP) or, when are not present, directly through the construction
mechanical supervisors (MES, MAS, EQS, PIS).
- Construction Mechanical Superintendent has direct responsibility
on management of mechanical subcontractors.
- He / she will ensure that their performances are carefully
monitored in terms of schedule, quality and cost, and he / she will
coordinate all necessary recovery actions whenever detect deviation from
schedule or specifications under the guidance of construction manager.
- He / she ensures the implementation of all the HSE procedures and
standards for the areas or activities (subcontractors) of
responsibilities.
- He / she directly participates to the HSE activities at site as
defined for his position in the site HSE plan and related procedures.

Knowledge & Qualifications
|
- A
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
|
|
Experience
|
- Minimum
of 12 year's work experience.
- Significant
experience in in a similar position on EPC Oil & Gas projects/
Refinery.

|
- Excellent communications and interpersonal
skills.
