Duties and responsibilities
|
In
Home Office, his / her main responsibilities are:
To set up the
construction / pre-commissioning / commissioning master ITP models. Cooperate with mechanical completion
coordinator, engineering and commissioning team to ensure that all the
deliverables required to build the completion database are in line with the
contractual requirements (TAG list / family TAG list / system and subsystem
list / check sheet and ITP). To upload in MILEMATE the information
prepared by the engineering functions like NPS / NPD / PD system definition,
construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning ITP project models, discipline
tag extraction. To generate all models necessary for
reporting of site inspection for each TAG (construction / pre-commissioning /
commissioning). Participate to the development of MM
training program for various project roles. To ensure the set-up the user account of
nominated person of construction quality, in agreement with ICT. To perform the gap analysis between company
master ITP models and the project approved ITP models limited to construction.
To verify the models applicability / family
TAG gap analysis for construction phase. To validate the data
collection uploaded in MILEMATE.
At
site, operatively reporting to the mechanical completion coordinator or, if
not present, to the construction Quality Manager, his / her main duties and
responsibilities are the following:
To receive (by
discipline supervisors or quality construction inspectors) original punch
list, recording them on the punch list record logbook and assuring their
insertion in MM. To take care of the punch list progress,
maintaining the updated report of the closed items, monitoring the status of
pending priority punch list in each subsystem and keeping construction management
informed, and addressing discipline supervisors / subcontractors punch list
close-out as per given priority by the pre-commissioning group. To take care of the provision of punch lists
printouts to supervisors, as well as of the collection of approval signatures
from the responsible, once the field works have been completed. To monitor discipline completion, issuing
the discipline acceptance certificate according to handover procedure, when a
discipline is completed within a subsystem. To monitor field completion dossier status
for each subsystem / system, issuing the subsystem / system ready for commissioning
certificate according to handover procedure, when the subsystem / system is completed.
Assign subsystems / check sheets to each
components / TAGS according to approved ITPs. Participate to weekly meetings with construction
/ commissioning teams for hand over completion according to commissioning
prioritization. Verify that all the punch points are
properly characterized in the punch list forms before inputting them to
MILEMATE. Prepare all daily / weekly / monthly mechanical
completion reports that are shared with construction / commissioning teams. Lead construction team to handover DAC
(Discipline Acceptance Certificate). Lead commissioning team to handover MCC
(Mechanical Completion Certificate) to the client to implement commissioning
activities. Issue DAC, MCC and RFSU with proper
certificates and documents. Prepare the final dossier (field inspection
certification dossier). Help the mechanical completion coordinator /
engineers to populate the data into MILEMATE. Scan all the
completed Check sheets to MILEMATE! Insert / close the punch lists in
MILEMATE, archiving properly all the documents.

Knowledge & Qualifications
|
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
|
Experience
|
- Minimum of 10 years of
experience preferably within the construction or oil and gas industry.
- Relevant experience in
3 major EPC projects; oil & gas, petrochemical sector.
