About the project/Role description |
|
The project is planning the expansion of the existing Hamburg Refinery, by adding the following process units and facilities: HVO Unit, pre-treatment Unit, tank farm balance (tanks partially supplied by others), interconnecting lines, new electrical substation and rack room, interconnecting cables between new substation building and existing substation and control room. The Construction Quality Manager (QAM) is appointed for major projects or for projects of difficulty due to the size or to the complex contractual structure, like Consortium or Joint Venture (where the Company has the leadership role). His/her main responsibility is to keep relations with Partners and Client to ensure that QA/QC Plan and procedures are correctly applied by all members of Consortium (if any), verify the uniformity and coordination among all members and ensure uniformity and coherence. |
