Job summary/Role description
|
- Material Preservation Coordinator cooperates with the
construction, material control and Logistics groups to assure the timely
and appropriate preservation of materials and equipment once received at
site.
- He/she operates in compliance with the specifications, procedures,
quality requirements and health/environmental/safety regulations during
the course of activities.

Duties and responsibilities
|
- Coordinates preservation (and de-preservation as necessary) of
materials and equipment in compliance with vendor and project and
specifications and procedures.
- Requisitions preservation equipment and tools as necessary.
- Prepares and issues preservation reports as required by the field
engineering manager.
- Initiates and maintains preservation recording.
- Requests, as necessary, relevant permits to perform preservation
activities.

|

Knowledge & Qualifications
|
- A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in any Engineering courses.
|
|
Experience
|
- Minimum of 10 year's work experience.
- Significant experience in in a similar position on EPC Oil &
Gas projects/ Refinery.

|
- Excellent communications
and interpersonal skills.
