Job summary/Role description
|
- The Turn Over Coordinator
manages the achievement of the System Completion objectives, as defined
in the project Hand-over procedure and other Project plans and
schedules, for the purpose of handing-over the plant. The Turn Over
Coordinator guides and monitors the activities carried out by the
various disciplines and parts of the Site organization involved in the
completion phase (HSE, Construction, Commissioning, Engineering, and
Project Control) according to established sequences and in perspective
of overall optimization.
- While coordinating the
interface between the Construction and Commissioning Teams to ensure the
progressive achievement of the Mechanical Completion, the Turn Over
Coordinator leads and manages clear communication and reporting for all
matters pertaining to the System Completion throughout the computerized
Completion Management System adopted for the project.

Duties and responsibilities
|
- Coordinate,
monitor, and report all aspects of Mechanical Completion, including the
implementation of Mechanical Completion System and the Mechanical
Completion Tool.
- Promote all
the actions necessary to provide the final completion subsystem/system
for subsequent handover to the downstream pre-commissioning works.
- Monitor that
the system/subsystem is completed according to the priority defined in
the pre-commissioning/commissioning schedule.
- Ensure the
progress updating for certification completion and punch list close-out.
- Ensure the
Client’s involvement to obtain the approval of Mechanical Completion
(MC) and Ready for Start-Up (RFSU) completion and subsequent handover to
Client.
- Participate
in the activities addressed to the arrangement of the Handover
presentation (if applicable).
- Ensure that
all relevant procedures linked to handover activities are approved by
the Client.
- Guide Turn
Over Team in the preparation of the documents required.
- Organize
weekly meetings with Construction/Commissioning Teams for handover
completion according to commissioning prioritization for Mechanical
Completion.
- Check the
daily/weekly/monthly Mechanical Completion reports issued by Turn Over
Engineers.

Knowledge & Qualifications
|
- University Degree/Diploma in Engineering
|
Experience
|
Significant
experience in the industrial construction of large or XL gas plants. Covered
a similar role in at least 2-3 projects of comparable size. A
minimum of 15 years of relevant experience.
