About
the project/Role description
|
|
The
project is planning the expansion of the existing Hamburg Refinery, by adding
the following process units and facilities: HVO Unit, pre-treatment Unit,
tank farm balance (tanks partially supplied by others), interconnecting
lines, new electrical substation and rack room, interconnecting cables
between new substation building and existing substation and control room.
The
Project Assistant reports to the Site Manager and performs all necessary
assistance activities to the project and site team.

Duties
and responsibilities
|
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to
the project and all management team
- Manage and coordinate appointment calendars and
daily schedules
- Arrange travel and accommodation for project and
department personnel
- Maintain document control processes, including
archiving and ensuring proper communication flow with Head Office and
Site Document Control teams
- Communicate with local authorities and vendors
- Register and monitor internal orders related to
site operations
- Prepare reports and site-related logs for the
Site Manager
- Support the Logistics Manager, Project Manager,
and Site Management Team in daily operations
- Organize site events and activities, including
supplier coordination, logistics, and on-site arrangements
- Manage office space allocation in coordination
with Site Management, including tracking delivery and setup of site
furniture and equipment
- Oversee fleet management activities, including
vehicle allocation, driver coordination, maintenance scheduling, and
service tracking.

Experience
|
- At least 3 years of
experience in similar role
|

Skills
and Abilities
|
- Fluency in German and English is mandatory
- A valid driving license is mandatory
- Proficient user of the Microsoft Office package
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong team-oriented approach, with
self-motivation and the ability to work independently
- Strong focus on timely performance, problem
resolution, and operational efficiency
- High attention to detail and accuracy

Compensation
|
|
For
this position, the starting gross annual salary, paid for monthly
installments, will be no less than € 50.000
The
overall compensation package will be governed by company policies and
applicable agreements, including any provisions related to benefits
and variable components in compliance with the Group standards.
The Company reserves the right,
at the end of the selection process, to make an offer with a job
classification level and/or gross annual salary different from those
indicated in this job posting, in line with the candidate’s professional
experience and competencies.
