Duties and responsibilities
|
Coordinate with Engineering and Vendor for the preparation and
submission of the spare parts list document. Review spare parts list (SPIR, SPDP, etc.) thoroughly -
multidiscipline (electrical, mechanical, instrument, etc.). Prepare spare parts list status report and present during stakeholders
meeting Must be familiar with and know how to use and read different engineering
documents such as PO, P&ID, GAD, BOM, Datasheets, etc., to properly
review the spare parts list. Coordinate with different stakeholders (vendor, engineering, etc.) to
have smooth spare parts review and approval. Resolve any queries or deficiencies in the spare parts document as
identified by company.
- Support on the handover
to client of spare parts that will be procured.

Knowledge & Qualifications
|

Experience
|
- At
least minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in construction of large
oil & gas plants / EPC projects.
|
|
Skills and Abilities
|
Excellent communications
and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail,
management skills. Team-oriented skills,
self-motivation and direction, with strong bias toward timely performance and
problem resolution.
