Job summary/Role description

• The Mechanical Supervisor – Piping (PIS) is responsible for the coordination of Mechanical Construction for piping activities.

Activities and main responsibilities

• Direct the management of Mechanical Subcontractor(s) for piping;
• Guarantee the quality of the works and their compliance with the contractual/engineering requirements of the project satisfying the assigned budget, time schedule quality, safety and environmental;
• Ensure that their performances are carefully monitored in terms of schedule, quality and cost, and PIS will coordinate all necessary recovery actions whenever detect deviation from schedule or specifications under the guidance of Mechanical Piping Superintendent;
• Participate to the elaboration of work schedule and to the collection of the progress of the works and analyze any deviations.
• Ensures the implementation of all the HSE procedures and standards for the areas or activities (subcontractors) of responsibilities;
• Directly participates to the HSE activities at site as defined for PIS position in the Site HSE plan and related procedures.

Job summary/Role description

• Each Assistant reports to the Supervisor of the relevant discipline.
• He / she collaborates with his own mechanical completion supervisor in directing subcontractor activities within the area assigned to him / her within his own discipline.
• He / she is the first interface between the subcontractor and the site organization with regards to project standards and specifications and the first controller of the subcontractor’s activities and of the quality of the latter’s works.

Duties and responsibilities

• To coordinate any subcontractor activities falling within his / her own area, including both intermediate and final inspections and tests.
• To evaluate test results, the validity of certificates and related reports, informing the supervisor of any defect.
• To check that construction works are in accordance with project specifications and related standards and comply to the quality control plan for his / her own area.
• To note the work quantities performed by subcontractors and on this basis prepare the construction monthly progress report for his / her own area.

Job summary/Role description

• Report to the HSM or, while He/She is the TCM HSE representative at site, and reports to the Site Manager.

• Verifies and ensures that all Field activities are performed according to the TCM HSE Policy, the regulations, standards and procedures, promoting all preventive and corrective action as required.

Duties and responsibilities

• To perform the Job Hazardous Analysis (JHA) and participate to the Job Safety Analysis (JSA).

• Verify the adequacy and application of the Site HSE Plan and all related procedures, to the preparing any revisions.

Knowledge & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Engineering or Science from a reputed University.

Experience

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in HSE in construction, fabrication, installation and/or commissioning projects / operations in the oil & gas or petrochemical industries focusing in LO-TO Coordination in Electrical Field.

• Relevant experience in 3 major EPC projects; oil & gas, petrochemical sector.

• NEBOSH GC/IGC. Diploma in Safety or any other HSE Certification (considered at ADNOC Group discretion).

• Additional HSE Trainings / Certifications will be added advantage.
