Main activities & Responsibilities

Following the guidelines given by the Home Office Digital Responsible, the Digital Trainer has the following main responsibilities:

  • Act as the on-site focal point for all digital tools used in the project as well as:

  • D365 Construction Handover Digital App for

  • Digital RFI, Digital certification,

    Construction Mechanical Completion Junior Engineer (Turnover Engineer) ensures the execution of all aspects related to mechanical completion, both in home office and at site.

 

 

Duties and responsibilities

  • In case of MILEMATE utilization in a specific project, he / she will follow all MILEMATE activities for the specific project, interfacing with mechanical completion leader.

In home office, his / her main responsibilities are:

  • To set up the construction / pre-commissioning / commissioning master ITP models.
  • Cooperate with mechanical completion coordinator, engineering and commissioning team to ensure that all the deliverables required to build the completion database are in line with the contractual requirements (TAG list / family TAG list / system and subsystem list / check sheet and ITP).

  • To take care of the punch list progress, maintaining the updated report of the closed items, monitoring the status of pending priority punch list in each subsystem and keeping construction management informed, and addressing discipline supervisors / subcontractors punch list close-out as per given priority by the pre-commissioning group.
  • To take care of the provision of punch lists printouts to supervisors, as well as of the collection of approval signatures from the responsible, once the field works have been completed.
